How does it work?

1) Set up your available slots
To have a successful event you need to set up your available slots with all the timetables you have open, and adjust them between 1on1 meetings, lectures, themed groups, and networking rooms.
How will it work: Once you registered you need to set up your available slots by checking the timetables you want to make available to have 1on1 meetings. Other attendees will only be able to schedule meetings with you during the hours you made available.
2) 1on1 Meetings
Be active, not reactive. Browse published participants' profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding meaningful remarks about why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
How will it work: All attendees can schedule 1on1 meetings during the times they make available during their registration.

3) Lectures
Forwarders Online Conference has a big goal to share information about the future of the forwarding business. So if you miss any lectures, make sure to watch them on the "Past Lectures" tab on this website.
How will it work: All attendees will be able to attend the lecture if they don't have a 1on1 meeting scheduled at the same time.

4) Networking Rooms
At specific times, there will be available networking rooms, which are an open spaces to meet and talk with other freight forwarders

5) Private Message
If you couldn't schedule a meeting with another attendee that you wanted to speak with, you can call them on the chat.

Check your schedule and the event schedule to see if you want to watch any lecture or themed group you haven't chosen before.
